Mr K contacted The Plumbing Group Limited when he began having trouble with his PulsaCoil 3. An engineer headed out to the property to take a look at the boiler. It was quickly found that the reason for this was a split and leaking cylinder. This means that the unit becomes beyond economical repair and has to be replaced. Unfortunately our engineer was not able to do a temp repair whilst a new boiler was on order.

Mr K decided he would like to go for the Fabdec ThermaCoil as his replacement instead of a PulsaCoil PCS. The PulsaCoil has a number of different parts to it. This includes a Printed Circuit Board, Pump, Sensors and Relays for example. This differs from the ThermaCoil which has replaced all of this with a single mechanical blending valve. This makes the ThermaCoil a far simpler system, especially in terms of long term maintenance.

The engineer managed to remove and dispose of the  Mr K was then shown how to maintain and operate his new unit for future reference.
