Eversley Management Ltd contacted us as their tenants PulsaCoil 3 was faulty, they opted for a fixed price repair. On arrival our Engineer found that the internal cylinder was split and leaking, our engineer managed to get temporary hot water whilst Eversley Management Ltd waited for the new boiler to be installed.
Below you will find images of the old PulsaCoil 3 and also the new replacement Fabdec ThermaCoil replacement. The installation was carried out in under four hours and the old unit was removed and ethically disposed of.
The customer opted for a ThermaCoil replacement option over the new PulsaCoil PCS. The Thermacoil is a far less complicated system, the electronic hot water delivery system found within a PulsaCoil includes a Printed Circuit Board, Pump, Sensors and Relays.
The ThermaCoil has replaced the electronic delivery components with a single mechanical blending valve, for the user of the system it is no different but for long term maintenance it is much simpler.
