Mrs B first called The Plumbing Group Limited when she began having problems with her PulsaCoil 3. Although the unit itself was hot, there was no hot water coming out of the taps. An engineer headed out to the property to find out why this was. Upon arrival he conducted a range of tests on the boiler. It was found that the delivery system was not working. After further inspection our engineer found that the pump and Printed Circuit Board had both failed.
Our engineers carry all spares and parts they may need in stock on our vehicles. This meant they were able to carry out the repair then and there. The engineer had to drain down the PulsaCoil 3 in order to replace the pump. He then had to refill the system and replace the PCB board. The repair was carried out on the same visit in under three hours. Mrs B was then able to use the on peak boost to get hot water two hours later.
