Mr N contacted The Plumbing Group Ltd when his PulsaCoil 3 stopped working. It was no longer providing hot water as it should be. An engineer headed out to the property at the earliest available appointment to take a look at the boiler. On arrival our engineer carried out a full diagnosis on the boiler. He found that the float valve switch had failed.
In order to fix this, the engineer had to start by draining down the header tank. This then meant that they could remove the old float valve switch and replace it with a new one. Once this had been done, then engineer refilled the header tank up to the correct level. All of our engineers carry any spares or parts that they may need with them on their vehicle. This meant that they were able to complete the repair then and there. The repair was carried out on the same visit in under an hour. Mr N was then able to use the on peak boost to get hot water two hours later.
Mr N was so happy with our repair he recommend us to two of his neighbor’s, we re-attended the following week and also repaired his neighbor’s PulsaCoil 3 boilers.
