Miss V contacted The Plumbing Group Ltd when she began experiencing problems with her PulsaCoil 3. She found it was no longer heating up as it should be. An engineer went out to the property at the earliest available appointment. Upon arrival he carried out a range of tests and checks to determine what the problem was. He quickly found that the relay and base had burnt out and had failed.
In order to fix this the engineers had to remove the old relay and base and replace them with new ones. Once this had been done, the engineer carried out further tests to ensure that everything was working as it should be and that there were no more issues.
All of our engineers carry any spares or parts that they may need around with them on their vehicle. This meant that the engineer was able to complete the job there and then and within the hour. Miss V was very grateful that the repair could be carried out quickly and efficiently. She was then able to use the on peak boost to get hot water two hours later.
Miss V was extremely happy to have water again. She was told by another contractor that she required a new boiler at a high cost. It turned out to be a simple repair with no need for a new boiler. Needless to say she was very happy with the service we had provided to her.
